We accept requests for private medicals, reports, letters, certificates etc. These requests should be submitted in writing to Gill Metcalfe or Joh McLachlan and will be dealt with accordingly.

Requests for such items are time consuming for doctors and as such we ask that you allow 14 days for your request to be completed. This work does not come under the NHS. Due to this, charges will apply and vary according to the request.
