DR Sian GREENWOOD - MB ChB (1980 Sheffield) DRCOG MRCGP
Has been a partner at the Practice for over 20 years and is a full time partner. She is a member of the Harrogate LMC and is a GP Appraiser. Her special interests are asthma, COPD, continuing professional development and fostering closer links with secondary care and the PCT. She is the practice lead for Practice Based Commissioning.
DR Beth RIMMER - MB ChB (1977 Liverpool) MD FRCP MRCGP
Has been with the Practice since July 2003 and is a part-time partner. She has a background of hospital medicine and has held various posts as a non-principal. Her special interests include prescribing and chronic disease management.
DR Ed SCOTT - BM (1998 Southampton) BSc Hons MRCGP
Has been with the Practice since June 2006 and is full time partner. He is the Practice diabetes lead.
DR Sarah HAY - MBBS (1995 London) BSc Hons MRCGP DTM&H
Is a new partner to St Luke's since November 2009. She runs clinics on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. She is a part-time partner and has a special interest in Palliative Care.
DR Anna HANDLEY - MB.ChB MRCGP DFSRH LoC IUT LoC SDI
Has been a GP at the practice since July 2007. Her special interest is in family planning. She runs a contraceptive clinic on a Wednesday morning.
Nurses
Helen Dolbenis also interested in diabetes, CHD and patients with chronic leg ulcers.
Charlotte Leeis a nurse prescriber. She performs morning telephone triage and helps with IUDs.
Nadine Collinge is new to St Luke's Surgery and works Monday's and Wednesday's.
Practice Administration
The Practice Manager
The Manager, Leanne Ashton, is responsible for the overall management of the practice and its personnel and is accountable for the effectiveness of practice procedures and policies.
The Admin Team
Our Practice IT Aministrator is Emma Baker. Our Practice Secretary is Cheryl Taylor.
Hazel Graves looks after any requests for reports and medicals.
The Receptionists
The receptionists will deal with your inquiries and requests as efficiently as possible whilst respecting your confidentiality. The reception team members at St Luke's are Maggie, Gill, Hazel, Angela, Jo, Catherine, Ann and Joh.
Our Reception Co-Ordinator is Liz.
